杭州是全国智能物联产业重要集聚地，培育了海康、大华、新华三、宇视、阿里云等一批龙 头企业。近年来，杭州深入实施数字经济“一号工程”升级版，构建以视觉智能为引领，云计 算大数据、高端软件和人工智能、网络通信、集成电路、智能仪表为重点的万亿级智能物联 产业生态圈。

作为浙江省生物医药产业“一核两带两圈”的创新策源核，杭州已形成了新药研发、医疗器械、数字医疗等领域的特色优势，逐步构建起了含实验室研究、临床研究、中试、审评审批、产业金融等在内的生物医药全领域生态体系，同时在合成生物学、BT+IT、基因与细胞治疗等前沿领域深度布局。目前，全球10强药企有8家在杭落地，上市企业数量位居中国第5，独角兽企业数量位居中国第4，同时依托领先的健康医疗大数据基础进行BT+IT融合发展，市内6000余家医疗机构的医疗数据实现互联互通。

装备制造是杭州传统优势产业，目前规划了高端装备制造业“南北双翼、多点发展”的空间格局，南翼沿钱塘江打造高端装备制造业智造集聚区，北翼依托城西科创大走廊打造高端装备制造业创新引领区，已形成包括智能装备、节能与新能源汽车、先进环保装备、现代能源装备、综合交通装备、高端医疗器械、新一代信息技术装备、特色专用装备、检测与监测装备、关键基础件等10个重点产业领域，并培育壮大了吉利、杭氧、杭叉、零跑等一批代表性企业。

杭州在高性能膜材料、先进高分子材料、光电信息材料、高性能金属材料、化工新材料等关键材料的细分领域取得了重大突破，基本涵盖国家重点支持方向和领域。科百特的纳米级PTFE膜材料实现了国外进口替代，国内市场占有率第一。福斯特的EVA太阳能电池胶膜的全球市场占有率超过50%。万马电缆的电缆绝缘料销量在行业中位居第一，国内市场占有率约30%。格林达的光刻胶配套TMAH显影材料填补国内空白。五星铝业是全球最大的锂离子电池用铝箔生产基地，市场占有率国际排名第一。高烯科技单层氧化石墨烯获IGCC国际首张认证证书。

杭州绿色能源产业在储能领域、光伏领域、风电领域、节能环保领域构筑了稳固而强大的产业基础。储能领域的产业链健全，涵盖电芯、电池包、电池管理系统、储能电池等环节，集聚吉利科技、协能科技等头部企业及浙江大学、白马湖实验室等高校和研究院所。光伏领域的产业基础扎实，晶硅电池组件、碲化镉膜、EVA封装胶膜、光伏逆变器领域优势突出，集聚了福斯特、龙焱能源等头部企业。风电领域及节能环保领域的产业优势明显，分别集聚了运达风电等风电整机、变流器、解决方案领域与杭氧等高效节能、环境监测仪器领域的头部企业。

Hangzhou stands as a crucial hub for the national AIoT industry, nurturing leading enterprises such as Hikvision, Dahua, H3C, Uniview, and Alibaba Cloud. In recent years, Hangzhou has been deepening into the implementation of the upgraded version of the Digital Economy “ No.1 Project”, establishing a trillion-level ecosystem for the AIoT industry led by visual intelligence, with cloud computing big data, high-end software and artificial intelligence, network communication, integrated circuits, and smart instruments as key focuses.

As the innovation source of Zhejiang Province’s biological medicine industry’s “one core, two belts, two circles” strategy, Hangzhou has developed characteristic strengths in areas such as new drug research and development, medical devices, and digital healthcare. It has gradually built a comprehensive ecosystem for the biological medicine field, including laboratory research, clinical research, pilotscale experiment, evaluation and approval, and industrial finance. At the same time, it has made deep deployments in cutting-edge fields such as synthetic biology, BT+IT, and gene and cell therapy. Currently, eight out of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies have established a presence in Hangzhou. The number of listed companies ranks fifth in China, and the number of unicorn companies ranks fourth in China. Leveraging its leading health and medical big data foundation, it promotes integrated development of BT+IT, achieving interconnection of medical data among over 6,000 medical institutions in the city.

Equipment manufacturing is a traditional advantageous industry in Hangzhou. Currently, a spatial layout of high-end equipment manufacturing, characterized by “two wings in the north and south, multi-point development,” has been planned. The southern wing is focused on building a smart manufacturing cluster for high-end equipment manufacturing along the Qiantang River, while the northern wing relies on the Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Corridor to create an innovation-leading area for high-end equipment manufacturing. It has already formed ten key industrial sectors including intelligent equipment, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, advanced environmental protection equipment, modern energy equipment, comprehensive transportation equipment, high-end medical devices, new generation information technology equipment, specialized equipment, testing and monitoring equipment, and key components. The development has nurtured representative enterprises such as Geely, Hangzhou oxygen plant group, Hangcha, and Leapmotor.

Hangzhou has made major breakthroughs in the sub-sectors of key materials such as high-performance membrane materials, advanced polymer materials, photoelectric information materials, high-performance metal materials, and new chemical materials, which have basically covered the main fields supported by the state. Cobetter's nano-scale PTFE membrane materials have replaced foreign imports and rank first in the domestic market share. Forst’s EVA solar cell film has a global market share of more than 50%. Wanma Cable ranks first in the industry in terms of its sales volume of cable insulation materials, with a domestic market share of about 30%. Greentar's photoresist together with TMAH developing material fills the domestic gap. Wuxing(five-star) Aluminum is the world's largest aluminum foil production base for lithium-ion batteries, ranking first in terms of market share. Gaoxi Tech’s single-layer graphene oxide obtained the first IGCC international certification.

Hangzhou has established a solid and robust industrial foundation in the green energy sector, particularly in energy storage, photovoltaics (PV), wind power, energy conservation and environmental protection. The energy storage sector in Hangzhou has a well-established industrial chain that encompasses battery cells, battery packs, battery management systems, energy storage batteries and other links, attracting leading enterprises such as Geely Technology, BMSER Technology and universities and research institutes such as Zhejiang University and Baima Lake Laboratory. It has a solid industrial foundation in the field of photovoltaic and has advantages in the field of crystalline silicon battery module, cadmium tellurium film, EVA packaging film and photovoltaic inverter. It has gathered leading enterprises such as Forst, Advanced Solar Power (Hangzhou) Inc.. It also has obvious industrial advantages in wind power, energy conservation and environmental protection It has gathered the head enterprise Windey Group specializing  in wind power machine, converter, and solution , and Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group that is expert in efficient energy conservation and environmental monitoring instruments.
